The corporation of a non-profit,
publicly supported, non-facility,
humane society/organization founded to prevent the over breeding of cats and
dogs by providing educational materials and programs, and financial
assistance to
pet guardians/owners for the purpose of spaying or neutering their pets in
order to prevent the births of unwanted animals and their eventual
suffering.
If you want to build a ship, don't herd people
together to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather
teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.

ARF has and will continue to:
- Create and distribute spay/neuter and humane education materials
- Implement programs encouraging spaying and neutering as well as other
aspects of humane animal care
- Devise and maintain a pet referral service
- Gather statistical information for use by local officials and media to
better inform the public on the pet overpopulation crisis and other animal
related issues.
- Public bulletin boards display free information on how to be a responsible
pet guardian.
The above objectives are in addition to the three main goals of ARF:
- Provide financial assistance for spay or neuter surgeries (The Brandy
Fund)
- Instil kindness and compassion in children and adults whether it be towards
animals, other people or our surroundings (The Paws Cause)
- Provide networking and counseling services on how can we help you keep
your pet? and/or which pet is best for you and your family? (Referral
Service)
