providing vouchers during this time. ARF will not accept spay/neuter coupon website/telephone requests until March 1st. Low-income & feral cat caregivers residing in Wayne County must refer to the Monday, Feb 1st issue of the Wayne County Press for ARF's Spay Day $20 coupon. ARF's coupon is good through Feb. at ANY veterinarian. Pet parents will need one newspaper coupon for each cat/dog. There is no limit per household..
ARF's 9th Annual Spay Day Valentine Gift & Bake Sale is Sat., Feb. 13th at Kincaids in Fairfield from 10-3. ARF will sell Valentine balloons, roses, cards, gift baskets for children & adults, novelties, baked goods & much more! Donations of baked goods are needed.
